December 2014 marked the contract signature with the main contractor whereby Abniah were chosen out of several invited contractors following the tendering-bidding phase. Accordingly, Abniah were given a site access as of January 2015 and have started the remaining of the first phase concrete works under execution by Fakhry.
The first phase concrete works are near their completion with Fakhry finalizing the works in the remaining zone 5 prior to delivering it to Abniah, as per schedule.
On the other hand, the works for dismantling the archeological findings in zone D are expected to be completed in the next few months. The mentioned findings will then be reintegrated inside the project, notably in the lower level of the executive lounge in block D, extended to the outer landscaped area.
