CGI specializes in residential and mixed use projects and its services include the acquisition, development, construction, marketing and management of its portfolio.

CGI’s objective is to identify and propose to investors high quality real estate development opportunities with great potential. CGI’s main role is to put together, launch, manage and sell such projects bringing in investment partners, who are sometimes existing clients of the Group.
