Each and every project has the same goal: to deliver maximum returns for our investors with the best possible service. We do this by strategically managing the project at every stage.
From conception, the first step is to define the development’s budget, size, specifications and returns. We then carefully select the Project team, consultants, advisors and third parties with the most appropriate skill base to suit the job. Finally, we coordinate the legal and financial parties on behalf of the client in order to agree the budget and ensure that the projected costs are adhered to.
In addition to monitoring the day-to-day activities of those working on the project, and administrating the Project Company or Companies, our Investment Management team negotiate the borrowing arrangements, liaise with relevant public institutions and coordinate audits.
During this project implementation phase, we update the investors, shareholders and CER holders with regular and thorough reports at the close of each financial period.


When the building nears completion, the sales and marketing begins. From creating marketing collateral such as signage and brochures, to stakeholder visits and communications, we handle all the project and client servicing activities. Our experienced team liaises with our database of potential buyers, other interested parties, brokers, local and international agents and clients to ensure that there is ample demand for property. We then prepare the sales and rental offers, coordinate with the legal teams involved and follow up payments through to completion.


With the uppermost professional standards of skill, care and diligence, we act on behalf of our owners with their best interests in mind when dealing with the extended project teams, both internal and 3rd party. We rigorously monitor the tendering and material selection and the contractor tendering processes, auditing the project and timelines at every step to ensure that the development is executed to the highest quality, on budget and on time.
